Saudi Justice Minister and Head of Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Waleed al-Samaani has launched several new e-services, enabling online complaints for clients, HR services for judges, and training of staff; in addition to an upgraded version of the SJC portal.

The online complaints service allows clients to file and follow up on complaints through the SJC portal www.scj.gov.sa. It is integrated with mobile verification service of the National Information Center, allowing users to log in using their personal information.

On the other hand, the HR e-service (Mawarid) enables judges to file HR and financial applications through a system, which is expected to be developed into an HR app soon.

The SJC also rolled out a new online portal that focuses on services and user experience.

Al Samaani also launched a training portal, helping staff view and apply for courses, view approvals and certificates.
